Growing up in the asphalt paving industry, Sam learned the trade from his father and grandfather. With more than 30 years of experience in installing and maintaining asphalt driveways and parking lots.
Today, the tradition continues as his son, Sam, a fourth-generation paver, works alongside him in the business.

Founded in 1997 under the name Sam Cooper Jr. Asphalt Paving, and incorporated in 2004 as Samco Paving, Inc., marking the next step in our business.
While we proudly serve both sides of the Chesapeake Bay, our primary focus is on Maryland’s Western Shore communities. No matter the size of the project, we approach every job with the same dedication and attention to detail.
